- Communication: The day of your scheduled visit we will be in touch with you every step of the way providing a window of time for arrival and a promise to update if for any reason we can not make that window.
- Service: While in the home our trained technicians know the proper way to keep your home safe and clean. We put down protective material for each job and whenever possible can wear foot coverings to minimize impact in our work area within your home.
- Follow up: After the job is completed we will provide a link for you to review/provide feedback on your experience. If there is anything about your experience that stood out for better or worse we want to know.
- Annual follow ups: We will reach out to you each year to make sure your needs are taken care of. If there is ever something we can do, we want you to know we are here for you.
