I had a great experience with Juan. I had a problem with my basement unit getting flooded twice in 2 years after heavy rain. We had to install a backflow preventer in the bathroom. First this required doing some thorough camera work. Juan was very diligent and took the time to find the best solution and do the job correctly, not hastily. I can tell he takes pride in his work. He always picked up my calls, and was respectful of my time. I would 100% recommend Flowmasters and Juan to solve any complex plumbing issues.

Very professional technician came out during the expected time slot. He took care of our problem with our faucet exactly as we hoped, and was super open to me watching. He answered all my questions and was very personable and patient. Not the cheapest option I saw, but it was worth it to me to have it taken care of professionally and correctly.

They have the proven ability to successfully complete projects within the guidelines required by regulatory agencies and also stay within the owners budget. We asked them to install a heat pump water heater in a space designed for a gas water heater, and they made it look like it was designed that way when the house was originally built over 30 years ago. We are very happy and completely satisfied with the results. Choosing Flow Masters plumbing for this project was the best decision I’ve made long time. No regrets!!

I strongly recommend Flow Masters. I had a 14 year old Noritz tankless gas heater/radiant heat system that was no longer responding to my thermostats. Flow Masters sent Connor who listened to my concerns and then proceeded to diagnose and resolve the issue at a fair price. I also had Christian M. from Flow Masters do repair (expansion tank replacement) & flush work on my separate Noritz tankless residential hot water system.

I had two plumbers coming and it costed me a lot but could not solve my hot water problem. The lady at the Flow Masters assigned Conor to come and examine the system. He quickly figured out the problem and had his tech replacing a water mixer. The problem was resolved.The whole process was smooth and efficient. I wish I had called them first.

Connor had initially replaced our expansion tank in our radiant heating system. He was very prompt and provided speedy service. Knowledgeable plumber. Would use them again.The second time, Christian had come and done our annual maintenance for our broiler and radiant heating system. He was prompt, thorough and diligent in his work. He took his time looking through everything and running multiple tests/checks to make sure everything was working correctly prior to finishing up. This company is pricy compared to others but they match this with very service and good customer care.

On Sunday Morning at 7am, we had no hot water. We called flowmaster and received live person who told us someone would call us within 15mins who was knowledgeable about our boiler. A technician Conor called us back in less than 5mins and arranged for a time to come out in the next hour or so. Connor arrived and determined we needed a new water pumped. He said he or someone else would call us on Monday morning by 8am. The office called us at 7:50am and scheduled a time that worked best for us to do the repair. Christian arrived on schedule and was very friendly. He confirmed why he was here and explained in detail how he was going to repair the issue and test afterwards. He made sure every location had hot water before allowing me to sign off on the completed job. I just love this company's prompted professional customer service!

We highly recommend Flow Masters Plumbing. They came out to do maintenance on our radiant heat. All seemed well, but we lost heat and hot water by bedtime. We couldn’t figure it out! Alberto M. came out the next day to see what was happening. He spent all day going through everything he could think of. Soon, he was joined by his supervisor, Connor, and our original service tech (sorry, I forgot his name). The guys never gave up! They replaced things, tested, called the manufacturer. Finally, Connor figured out that a small, but necessary part had gone missing during the maintenance work from the radiant heat device. He was able to find a new part and by 7:30am the next morning, Alberto was back to install the part and get our heat and hot water working again. Not having heat and hot water is an inconvenience, but all three of the Flow Masters Plumbing guys had good attitudes, they wanted to make it right, and they worked hard in a frustrating situation. They were friendly and professional. We will use them again. Thank you!

“Flow Masters Plumbing dispatched Willie and Jose after hours to unclog a sewer line, line was filmed and it was determined that one of the toilets was clogged up. Toilet was carefully vacuumed and removed, clog was removed, sewer line was flushed and cleaned. Toilet was back on line in one hour.
