3. Guarantees and Warranties
We proudly offer a 2-year workmanship guarantee on qualifying services.
- This guarantee covers defects in our labor and installation under normal residential or commercial use.
- It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, issues caused by third-party modifications, acts of nature, or secondary structural problems.
- Manufacturer warranties for parts or equipment (such as water heaters, heat pumps, or boilers) are separate and governed by the respective manufacturer’s policies.
4. Estimates, Pricing, and Payments
- Estimates: Any cost estimates or quotes provided are based on our initial assessment and are subject to change if unexpected conditions arise during the performance of the work.
- Payments: Payment is due upon completion of the services rendered unless prior financing or written billing agreements have been established.
- Financing & Rebates: Financing options and energy-efficient rebate programs are subject to third-party approval, regional eligibility, and program terms. Flow Masters Plumbing is not responsible for the ultimate denial or structural changes in third-party rebate policies.
5. Cancellations and Appointments
We value your time and ask that you value ours. If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (415) 301-6371. Failure to do so may result in a diagnostic or dispatch fee.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, and software, is the property of Flow Masters Plumbing or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
