1. Labor Warranty: We offer a 2-year warranty on our workmanship. This means if there’s an issue related to the installation or repair, we performed, we’ll come back and fix it at no additional cost within two years of the service date.
2. Parts & Equipment Warranty: Manufacturer warranties vary depending on the product. Most plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and parts come with a manufacturer’s warranty that can range from 1 to 10 years. We’ll provide all warranty details for any equipment we install.
3. What’s Not Covered: Our warranty does not cover issues caused by:
   • Normal wear and tear
   • Misuse or neglect
   • Pre-existing conditions
   • Damage from external factors like natural disasters or freezing pipes
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim: Simply contact our office with your service details, and we’ll schedule a technician to assess the issue promptly.
